Yes, all Aqua Plast products come with a comprehensive warranty. Our PPRC pipes
carry a 10-year warranty, while UPVC pipes have a 5-year warranty against
manufacturing defects. We stand behind our quality with complete confidence.
Terms and conditions apply based on proper installation and usage guidelines.
PPRC (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) pipes are ideal for hot and cold water
distribution systems, offering excellent heat resistance up to 95°C. They're
perfect for plumbing, heating systems, and industrial applications. UPVC
(Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes are used for drainage, sewerage, and
cold water supply systems. They're highly durable, chemical-resistant, and
cost-effective for underground and above-ground installations.
Aqua Plast offers PPRC pipes in sizes ranging from 20mm to 160mm diameter. We
provide comprehensive fittings including elbows, tees, couplers, reducers, end
caps, and specialized fittings for all pipe sizes. Our product range ensures
complete solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems.
Yes, we manufacture premium quality water tanks in various capacities ranging
from 500 liters to 10,000 liters. Our tanks are UV-stabilized, food-grade
certified, and feature triple-layer construction for maximum durability. They're
ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial water storage needs.
We offer a complete range of electrical pipes and fittings designed for
concealed and surface wiring applications. Our electrical conduits are
flame-retardant, impact-resistant, and available in various sizes from 16mm to
40mm. They meet international safety standards and are perfect for residential
and commercial electrical installations.
PPRC pipes are joined using heat fusion welding with a specialized socket fusion
machine. The process involves heating both the pipe and fitting to approximately
260°C for a few seconds, then joining them together to create a permanent,
leak-proof bond. This method ensures a homogeneous joint that's stronger than
the pipe itself. We recommend certified installers for best results and offer
training programs.
Yes, UPVC pipes are excellent for underground installations. They're
corrosion-resistant, don't rust, and can withstand soil pressure when properly
bedded. For underground drainage and sewerage systems, ensure proper trenching,
bedding with sand or fine aggregate, and adequate soil cover. Our UPVC pipes are
designed to last decades underground with minimal maintenance.
For PPRC installation, you'll need a socket fusion welding machine, pipe cutter,
and measuring tape. For UPVC, you'll need solvent cement, PVC primer, pipe
cutter, and measuring tools. We provide installation guides and can recommend
quality tools. For large projects, we offer technical support and can connect
you with certified installers in your area.
Ensure the installation area is clean and dry. Cut pipes squarely using a proper
pipe cutter. Clean pipe ends and fittings before welding. Mark insertion depth
on pipes. Use the correct heating time based on pipe diameter. Allow adequate
cooling time before pressurizing. Always follow manufacturer guidelines and
local plumbing codes. We provide detailed installation manuals with every
purchase.
All Aqua Plast products are manufactured according to international standards
including ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. Our PPRC pipes comply
with DIN 8077/8078 standards, while UPVC pipes meet ASTM D1785 and ISO 1452
specifications. We conduct rigorous quality testing including pressure testing,
dimensional accuracy, and material composition analysis.
Aqua Plast PPRC pipes are available in different pressure ratings: PN10 (10
bar), PN16 (16 bar), and PN20 (20 bar). PN10 is suitable for cold water and
heating systems up to 60°C. PN16 and PN20 are designed for hot water systems and
industrial applications with higher pressure and temperature requirements up to
95°C.
Absolutely! Our PPRC and UPVC pipes are manufactured from virgin, food-grade
materials that are completely safe for potable water applications. They don't
leach harmful chemicals, resist bacterial growth, and maintain water quality.
Our products are certified for drinking water supply and comply with health and
safety standards for water contact materials.
When properly installed and maintained, Aqua Plast PPRC pipes have a service
life of over 50 years, while UPVC pipes can last 50+ years. Unlike metal pipes,
our products don't corrode, scale, or deteriorate over time. They maintain
consistent performance throughout their lifespan, making them a cost-effective
long-term investment for any building project.
